1. Operator
BagClaim is operated by NullLogic s. r. o., Novozámocká 1347/69, 960 01 Zvolen, Slovak Republic. Company registration number (IČO): 56906439. VAT identification number: SK2122501667. Contact: support@bagclaim.eu.
2. What BagClaim provides
BagClaim is self-service software that helps passengers organise evidence and prepare draft documents for delayed, damaged or lost checked baggage claims. It provides practical checks, generated drafts and links to airline resources. It does not provide legal advice, represent you, submit a claim for you, act as a travel agency or guarantee compensation.
3. Free check and paid pack
The claim assessment is free. The Complete Claim Pack has a base price of EUR 19.90 as a one-time purchase. Stripe Managed Payments may display the corresponding local currency and applicable tax for your location. There is no subscription and BagClaim does not take a percentage of any reimbursement. The final amount is shown before you pay.
For this purchase, Stripe acts as merchant of record through Stripe Managed Payments for the purchase. Stripe Managed Payments processes payment, issues the receipt or invoice and applies its Buyer Terms. These product terms govern your use of BagClaim.
4. Immediate digital delivery
The paid pack is generated in your browser immediately after Stripe Managed Payments confirms a completed payment. Before checkout, you must expressly request immediate access and acknowledge the withdrawal information in the Refund Policy. Keep the original claim-builder tab open until the PDF is downloaded because BagClaim does not retain your claim files.
5. Technical requirements and licence
You need a current browser with JavaScript, PDF download support and enough device memory to process your selected files. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the generated output for your own claim. You may keep and send your generated documents to the relevant airline, insurer, adviser or authority.
6. Your responsibilities
- Check every generated fact, date, amount, legal reference and attachment before submission.
- Use the operating airline's current official filing route and comply with its deadlines and evidence rules.
- Upload only files you are authorised to process and remove unrelated or excessive personal data.
- Do not use BagClaim for false, fraudulent, abusive or unlawful claims.
7. Accuracy and third-party services
Airline procedures, laws and liability limits can change. BagClaim aims to provide useful current guidance but cannot promise that every route, deadline or draft fits every journey. Airline and authority websites are independent third-party services. Stripe Managed Payments separately controls its checkout and buyer-support services.
8. Availability and liability
We may update, suspend or discontinue parts of the service for security, legal or technical reasons. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BagClaim is not liable for an airline's decision, a missed carrier deadline, inaccurate information supplied by you or loss caused by relying on an unreviewed draft. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Privacy and intellectual property
The Privacy Policy explains how data is handled. BagClaim software, branding and templates remain owned by NullLogic s. r. o. or its licensors. Your claim facts and source documents remain yours.
10. Refunds, law and changes
Refunds and statutory withdrawal rights are described in the Refund Policy and Stripe Managed Payments' buyer terms. These terms are governed by Slovak law, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections that apply in their country of residence. We may update these terms prospectively when the product or law changes.
Questions about the software can be sent to support@bagclaim.eu. Questions about a Stripe Managed Payments charge, invoice or refund can also be submitted through support.stripe.com.
