Refund Policy
Last updated: 20 August 2026
1. Merchant of record
For this purchase, Stripe acts as merchant of record through Stripe Managed Payments for BagClaim purchases. Stripe Managed Payments collects the payment, provides the receipt or invoice and handles refund requests under its Refund Policy and Buyer Terms. You can request payment support at support.stripe.com.
2. One-time digital purchase
The Complete Claim Pack has a base price of EUR 19.90 and is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Stripe Managed Payments may display the corresponding local currency and applicable tax before payment. The digital output is supplied immediately after payment verification by unlocking generated letters and building the PDF in your browser.
3. Withdrawal consent
Before opening checkout, you are asked to expressly request that delivery begin immediately and to acknowledge that, once the digital content is supplied, you may lose a statutory withdrawal right where applicable law permits. If the legal requirements for loss of that right are not met, your mandatory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
4. Technical delivery problems
If payment completes but the pack cannot be delivered because of a BagClaim technical fault, contact support@bagclaim.eu promptly with the Stripe Checkout Session or receipt reference. Do not send claim documents by email. We will try to restore delivery or help Stripe Managed Payments assess a refund. Browser memory limits, unsupported devices or files that exceed the stated limits may require you to remove or reduce evidence and try again.
5. Money-back guarantee
If the airline formally rejects your claim, we refund your payment in full.
To request a refund, email us at hello@bagclaim.eu within 90 days of your purchase and attach the airline's written rejection. We refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving it.
The guarantee applies when you submitted the claim you built here, to the airline, using the pack we produced. It does not apply if the claim was never submitted, if it was submitted after the airline's own deadline, or if the information you entered was incomplete or incorrect.
This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them.
6. What is not a product defect
An airline rejecting, reducing or delaying a claim does not by itself mean the BagClaim software was defective. BagClaim prepares self-service documents and cannot guarantee reimbursement. Refund requests are still reviewed under Stripe Managed Payments' policy and applicable mandatory law.
7. Mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights, legal guarantees for digital content or remedies available under the law that applies to you. Where local law or Stripe Managed Payments' terms give you stronger protection, that protection applies.
For software or delivery help, contact support@bagclaim.eu. For a charge, invoice, withdrawal or refund request, use Stripe Managed Payments Buyer Support.
